*Role- Sr. Java Developer* *Location: Houston, TX* *Company- Shell Trading* *Duration- 6+ months* *Need someone local F2F is required* This person needs to be able to interview in person regardless of their working status. They will also need to take a codility test, so this person needs to be solid. The biggest thing about this position is we need CORE java with predominately back end with some front end as well (70% back end 30% front end) *Must-haves * -8 to 10 years of experience with *CORE Java development* -Extensive experience developing with JDK (java development kit) -Extensive experience with Spring framework (integration, database, rich-client, etc.) -Experience with Websphere development -Experience developing database connectivity within the database access layer -Extensive experience developing in Oracle -Extensive experience with *Eclipse RCP, Maven, SVN, GIT* *Plusses * -*Tibco tools (Rv, SDK, Hawk, BW, ADB, etc.) - HUGE plus* -Commodity experience -Experience programming with JIDE *Day-to-Day * Client is looking for a Sr. Java Developer for one of its premiere clients in downtown Houston. This person will need to be able to hit the ground running and will be responsible for multiple tasks in a fast paced project with strict deadlines. This position will be 70% back-end development and 30% front-end development.
