| Duties & Responsibilites : | Four year college level degree with coursework in Information Technology or Project Management, or national certification in Project Management. Minimum of 84 months experience with multi entity project teams in the development and successful implementation of multi-million dollar, multi-year development projects. Minimum of 60 months experience implementing deployment strategies spanning multiple entities, including risk mitigation strategies associated with ensuring implementation success, dissecting deployments into manageable risk averse phases, and involving both business and Vendor teams across highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture. Minimum of 48 months experience with systems related to criminal justice processing, including but not limited to NICS Criminal History Records Improvement and other initiatives that seek to identify the cause of errors that prevent dispositions from updating properly to the Criminal History Repository. |
