| Duties & Responsibilites : | Skills: 4 - 5 years’ experience of Domino application development and administration, including experience of Lotus Domino 8.5 and Domino xpages, _javascript_ and other related technologies. Main functions, duties and responsibilities: 1. Maintaining Lotus Notes applications to support collaborative knowledge sharing and facilitate user generated content. 2. Providing support for the existing Domino Intranet based on support queries and fault reports received through the HP OpenView service desk system. 3. Responding to all requests by HQ and field offices for Domino database templates. Supporting databases based on templates, replicate databases and templates to local servers, create security groups, update database ACL, create replication schedules with field office servers where appropriate, and responding to requests for assistance. 4. Maintaining the Domino Applications Address book - creating groups. Maintaining the Intranet/Extranet directory for users - creating ids and passwords. Maintain field protection documents and copy/update html files on Intranet servers. 5. Working with the IT Officers, Intranet, test and maintain Domino database features in order to maintain the functionality of existing databases. Document the implementation of any changes to functionality or features. Qualifications and Experience: • University degree in a computer technical area. • 4-5 years experience of Domino application development and administration, including experience of Lotus Domino 8.5, Domino xpages, _javascript_ and other related technologies. • Experience with highly interactive web 2.0 type applications including blogs, wikis, discussion forums. • 5 years client support experience. |
