| Duties & Responsibilites : | -The resource will work with employees to create a new piece of functionality on an application being developed.
-Most of this coding is middle tier, but there is need to create a front-end as an add-in to Microsoft Word.
-There are other pieces of middle-tier functionality that need to be created in a WCF service.
-This application uses SQL Server on the back end, therefore, SQL experience is a must to have as well.
Required Experience:
-The resource is needed for a piece of functionality on an existing project.
-The functionality is an add-in to Microsoft Word (2007 and later) using a 3rd party tool Add-in Express that allows users to enter in specific information along with free-form text.
-A PDF is created from the combination of the two. There is also additional WCF service layer work needed on this application.
Required Skills for the Developer:
- .NET development C# or VB.NET (Expert: 5+ years)
- SQL Server (Senior: 3 – 5 years)
- Strong communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Microsoft Visual Studio tools for Office (VSTO) (Intermediate 1-3 years)
- Use of 3rd Party tool Addin Express (Novice 6-12 months)
- WCF Services (Novice 6-12 months)
