| Duties & Responsibilites : | Local Candidate Preferred: -Candidates must have 8+ years of experience with Oracle databases as an Application DBA. -Expertise in tuning large databases for better performance using EXPLAIN PLAN, TKPROF, SQL Advisor, Stored Outline and Oracle locate function. -Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL Tuning - Understand existing code and make tweaks as needed. -Expertise in understanding Web Services architecture and recommending performance tuning measures. -Candidate must have hands on ability to create and write SQL scripts. Informatica tool familiarity preferred. -Expertise in working with Erwin and recommending highly performant data structures for web service optimization. -Ability to work with Enterprise monitoring tools and help debug performance bottlenecks. -webservices experience along with experience in ERWin.
