| Duties & Responsibilites : | -The manager is interested in seeing only candidates that possess strong Business Analyst skills and OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS (verbal and writing).
-Ability to communicate clearly to non-technical members is essential and required.
-Work with customer business unit to understand their business processes. Analyze, define and document how the application can be made more efficient and effective.
-Communicate clearly the application testing goals, policies, procedures and results to the customer business unit as well as application technical unit.
-Coordinate and conduct application status review meetings with Management, Technical Unit and Customer Business Unit as required.
-Be able to acquire a thorough understanding of application interfaces and their support functions
-Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must submit to a criminal background check and finger printing.
-Ability to work well within a team and indivdually with minimal supervision.
-Ability to clearly speak and write in English.
-Strong interpersonal skills; abilty to work within tight deadlines.
-Must have a valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle to travel
-The Judiciary of the State of NJ does not reimburse contractors for travel expenses.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Analyzing Application Test Scenarios/Test Cases Results Required 5 Years
-Manual Testing Experience Required 5 Years
-J2EE Exposure Required 2 Years
-Four Year Degree or equivalent Required
-Application Business and Technical Support Experience Required 5 Years
