| Duties & Responsibilites : | -The Business Analyst will identify, document, and analyze systems and services that have fewer support resources than necessary, “single points of failure,”
-The Business Analyst will Identify, document, and analyze the employee skillsets needed per unit and the challenges to recruiting or retaining
-The Business Analyst will identify, document, and analyze systems and services that may be fully or partially outsourced.
-The Business Analyst will assist the Project Manager in writing, administering, and promoting participation in targeted surveys designed to gather information on employee skillsets and system support.
-The business analyst will analyze data gathered through these surveys for inclusion into the final report.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Experience in organizational development and analysis activities for a large IT organization. Required Years
-Strong written and verbal communication skills Required
-Experience communicating at executive level Highly desired
-Experience documenting and publishing enterprise-wide findings, conclusions, and recommendations Required
