| Duties & Responsibilites : | It is mandatory for all the vendors to provide the details below while sharing the resume Consultant Name: Current Location: Phone: Email: Work Authorization : Rate: Relocation: -Performs systems analysis, design, programming, documentation, performance evaluation, or implementation of complex system applications and related Management Information Systems/Automated Data Processing (MIS/ADP) systems concepts for effective implementation. -Participates in all phases of thesoftware development life cycle with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing and acceptance phases. -Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs to record results. -Prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required. This category may serve as a task leader on one or more Work Orders. -Experience Required: -Seven (7) years progressive experience in the analysis and design of business applications using database management systems and /or high level programming languages. -Experience with the following: -ESRI Internet mapping tools such as ArcIMS, ArcSDE and ArcGIS Engine -C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT -Microsoft SQL Server -GPS/GIS technologies skills -Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
