*Position:Manufacturing Systems PM*
Role requires occasional travel worldwide and flex daily work
schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.
Location: Harrisburg , PA
Duration:Contract 6 months +
Interview:Phone + F2F or Skype
End client: Tyco Electronics
*MUST HAVE:*
· *8+ years of IT project management* experience including:
o Experience managing multiple, complex projects across functional,
technical, and geographical boundaries
o Directing all phases of a project from budgeting, requirements
gathering and quoting to staffing, quality management and on-time delivery
o Employee supervision experience as a team or project leader responsible
for engineering projects and/or engineering software applications. 1-3+
years of team/project leader experience preferred.
· *5+ years of experience working on MES/Manufacturing Systems*
projects
· Domain knowledge on Design Engineering, Manufacturing, MES,
Scada, PLC systems
· Solid understanding of Manufacturing concepts and how they relate
to the engineering/product life cycle from concept through design, mfg,
test and service
· Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools such as Microsoft
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project
· Excellent organization and communication skills with demonstrated
business savvy to interact with management, users, contract resources,
vendors, and other IT teams
· Strong analytic skills and understanding of data-driven business
decision making
· The candidate must strive for continuous improvement and
measurable efficiency gains

· Ignition experience
· Experience working in a global organization
