Expertise configuring SAP HR module that includes time recording and management, Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS), personnel administration, organizational management, and training and events; 2. Experience configuring HR in a shifted environment using either SAP shift management functionality, custom development, or a third party shift management tool; 3. Ability to use basic SAP tools including SE16N, and data dictionary tools for analysis and development work; 4. Ability to write a functional specification; 5. Knowledge of SAP ABAP query, drilldown reports, report writer, or report painter; and 6. Knowledge of and ability to execute project management methodologies. *Desirable Qualifications:* 1. Baccalaureate degree in accounting or closely related discipline; 2. SAP configuration expertise in the following areas: SAP A/P (include Supply Chain Management [SCM] knowledge), SAP G/L, and SAP Assets; 3. Extensive knowledge in either FI or CO and overall security architecture for FI, CO and FM modules; 4. Expertise in Personal Cost Planning (PCP) or other SAP HR- Budget interface tolls; 5. Consultative experience with at least one SAP implementation, upgrade, or project support team for a public sector agency (e.g., State of California); 6.
