Expertise in SAP Funds Management module that includes budget planning, availability control, and commitments; 2. Ability to use basic SAP tools including SE16N, and data dictionary tools for data analysis and development work; 3. Ability to write a functional specification; 4. Knowledge of SAP drilldown reports; 5. Knowledge of SAP ABAP query, report writer, or report painter; 6. Verifiable documentation and communication skills; and 7. Knowledge of and ability to execute project management methodologies. *Desirable Qualifications:* 1. Baccalaureate degree in accounting or closely related discipline; 2. SAP configuration expertise in the following areas: SAP A/P (including related Supply Chain Management [SCM] knowledge), SAP G/L, and SAP Assets; 3. Extensive knowledge in either FI or CO and overall security architecture for FI, CO, and FM modules; 4. Expertise in Personnel Cost Planning (PCP) or other SAP HR-Budget interface tools; 5. Consultative experience with at least one SAP implementation, upgrade, or project support team for a public sector agency (e.g., State of California); 6. Experience with multiple SAP implementations for private and/or public sector clients; 7.
