This role will require a high level of programming skill in VBA, SQL and the Microsoft Office suite. It will also require a high use of software programs such as Kapow and OCR software. *Main Responsibilities* · Collect and Collate data from many locations (both internal and external), mainly via online methods (using Kapow and OCR software), but supplementing this with telephone queries where appropriate.
