The role uncovers organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; orchestrating solution designs and recommending system controls and protocols to solve operational problems or to implement new feature functionality. In the area of WMS/ Logistics, this role provides a deep understanding of fulfillment and supply chain systems and is considered the expert in these systems. They are the conduit that connects IT to Warehouse Mgmt, Logistics and Supply Chain operations and facilitates key communication between the two groups.
