*End Date or Duration:   6-8 Months*

*Location(s):  Nashville, TN    *

*Ideal Rate Range:  $ DOE. + travel expenses*

*Travel Schedule / Travel %:  At least M-TH on-site.  3 nights in hotel.
Travel in Monday morning very early, leave Thursday evening.  Work remote

*Requirements:*

·         *Must successfully complete background check if selected for
project*

·         *IT -  8 years*

·         *Business Analyst - 6 years*

·         *eCommerce (Business to Consumer on-line retail eCommerce) - 6+
years*

·         *DROP SHIP module implementation - 1+ years.   *

·         *MUST HAVE at least one large end-to-end implementation of DROP
SHIP in a B to C or B to B eCommerce on-line environment.  *

*Candidate should possess the experience and the skill set for working on
cross-functional teams.*

**Drop Ship is an option for a retailer to have items shipped directly to
the consumer from the wholesaler or the manufacturer rather than first
shipping to the retailers warehouse and then to the consumer.  It is used
for very large heavy items (doors, lawn tractor, furniture etc.). *



*Job Description*

*The business analyst has to identify, define  and implement drop-ship
process efficiencies, information gathering support project development and
define KPIs  for  vendor performance metrics which includes ensuring
vendors meet client's SLAs and contractual obligations.*

*The candidate will be working with eComm Merch Ops Manager and will be
making recommendations to the Operations Sr Manager and eCommerce
Operations leadership team. This position will support managing the
relationship between the Drop Ship vendors and client, be responsible for
recommending and executing enhancements and staying up to date on industry
standards.*



*Primary Responsibilities:*

** Actively participate with Buying teams for vendor set-up requirements
definition and continued relationship management.*

** Partner with Buying teams and senior management to establish, monitor
and remediate issues with vendor SLAs and standards.*

** Partner with the Service Provider to determine tool capabilities and
define process around it.*

** Collaborates with Support team (SCM, Compliance, Buying, and Operations
to propose new enhancements for approval of senior leadership.*

** Weekly status reporting*
