It is used for very large heavy items (doors, lawn tractor, furniture etc.). * *Job Description* *The business analyst has to identify, define and implement drop-ship process efficiencies, information gathering support project development and define KPIs for vendor performance metrics which includes ensuring vendors meet client's SLAs and contractual obligations.* *The candidate will be working with eComm Merch Ops Manager and will be making recommendations to the Operations Sr Manager and eCommerce Operations leadership team.
