Skills Required:
7+ years of software engineering and architecture experience. Most of
it with J2EE technologies
Experience with J2EE design (JSP, JSF, Struts, Springs, AJAX, JSR
168/286) & designing patterns
Experience designing and building web applications for enterprising
requiring large volumes and performance
Experience working with Portal & Content Management Systems.
Experience with SOA and ESB frameworks a plus.
Familiar with processes (Agile, Scrum); Experience working with
onsite-offsite and offshore models.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
exposure with business and technical stakeholders
