Identifies deficiencies in the design and operating effectiveness of controls and provides solutions. Confidently communicates findings and technical needs to the client. Drafts reports and participates in the reporting process. Able to support Data Center builds for Network and Security platform. Provides clear and concise documentation. Provides useful performance feedback to staff and seniors. Implement work orders for network and network security to include DNS/DHCP, Checkpoint firewall, and Blue Coat proxy F5 load balancer.
