*Location: Peapack, NJ* *Duration: Long Term* * * *Job Summary: * Client is looking for “Site Implementation Lead”. *Mandatory Skills * - Project Management, MES implementations, Strong communication, and Knowledge of Serialization solutions is a must - Systech implementation experience (Serialization) *Preferred Skills:* - Knowledge of MES and Pharma solutions *Project Details:* Summary of Job Purpose: Project: Successful implementation of Serialization solution for the pharmaceutical client. *Responsibilities:* 1. Responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation of serialization solution 2. Assures detailed program plan in place 3. Monitors plans and keeps to schedule and scope 4. Assures standard business processes are implemented and adopted 5. Coordinates project communication including comprehensive status reports 6. Align and deliver as per global PMO and standards o Customize, review, and execute implementation project plan o Customize, review, and execute project communication plan o Customize, review, and execute project validation planning documents o Schedule, prepare for, and lead meetings with stakeholders throughout an implementation o Communicate schedule changes to the overall implementation team o Communicate status of all implementation activities to key stakeholders (including program leadership) o Serve as primary point of contact for all BT aspects of the implementation o Prepare and distribute implementation deliverable templates to stakeholders, guide them through completing them, and ensure they are signed-off on by milestone deadlines o Complete required system change control activities o Escalate implementation issues o Report implementation status regularly in the status reporting tools o Exchange deliverables to Coordination Leads and facilitate resolution of open issues o Work with Site to schedule required line downtime o Communicate and establish the standard post go-live support protocol o Escalate issues Thanks & Regards, Rahul Mishra E-Solutions Inc 2 N.
