*Location: Peapack, NJ* *Duration: Long Term* * * *Job Summary: * Client is looking for “Implementation Coordinators”. *Mandatory Skills * - Project Management, MES implementations, Strong communication, Knowledge of Serialization solutions is a must - Systech implementation experience (Serialization) *Preferred Skills:* - Knowledge of MES and Pharma solutions *Project Details:* Summary of Job Purpose: Project: Successful implementation of Serialization solution for the pharmaceutical client. *Responsibilities:* - *Coordinate Requirements and Master Data Activities* o Orchestrate the assessment and modeling of business requirements deliverables as they are received from Implementation Leads against the PMO deployment schedule to ensure each is on time o Verify completed requirements and master data deliverables are accurate o Coordinate the resolution of identified gaps § Conduct initial gap analysis of requirements and follow up for any necessary clarifications § Communicate outcome of gap analysis to the teams § Submit new enhancement requests if necessary § Monitor new enhancement development to completion communicating back to the implementation teams o Coordinate with the Implementation Lead to get sign-off of the proposed business model (including gap fulfillment) o Provide clarification on the approved business model for testing purposes o Participate in implementation coordination team meetings ensure smooth hand-offs of implementation coordination activities between implementation phases o Escalate issues - *Coordinate Testing Activities* o Work with implementation leads and solution teams to coordinate various testing phases for different simultaneous implementations o Manage testing schedules while being able to orchestrate them according to the PMO deployment schedule and BT needs o Lead, execute, and track completion of necessary testing for individual components within the global core solution. Manage the execution of solution team testing based on standardized scripts o Document and manage communications regarding decisions, issues, and outcomes relating to all testing needed for implementing the Global Core Solution at each site o Participate in implementation coordination team meetings ensure smooth hand-offs of implementation coordination activities between implementation phases o Monitor and report on progress to implementation lead o Escalate issues o Collect information for the program support knowledge base and FAQs - *Coordinate Cutover and Support Activities* o Work with implementation leads and solution teams to manage, orchestrate, schedule, and coordinate BT activities for the cutover and validation phase for many concurrent implementations according to the PMO deployment Schedule o Complete the Cutover Preparation Checklist to ensure there are no outstanding issues or tasks prior to cutover o Participate in implementation coordination team meetings ensure smooth hand-offs of implementation coordination activities between implementation phases o Monitor and report on progress to implementation lead o Escalate issues o Collect information for the program support knowledge base and FAQs Thanks & Regards, Rahul Mishra E-Solutions Inc 2 N.
