Even when a CVS server is finally established, at least for the foreseable future, it will be a mirror (because we're using Perforce internally). If you've got small patches, send them to the mailing list. If you plan some major changes, discuss them in the mailing list first. Note that you can send all administrations commands though Perl, Python and Java, giving you a wide range of both GUI and automation options.
