Well it's been 5 days on channel and a few thoughts...

1) It would probably be worthwhile to have a page on
satchmoproject.com explaining how to ask for help.
Something along the lines of...

Telling us you have a problem is useless.

Telling us that you have a problem, what that problem is, and what set
of instructions you are using are useful.
IE "I was able to download satchmo, and I followed the install guide
at ... and at step ... I got completely lost."
or "I need to override form A with my customized form B."

Those of us on IRC have real jobs and are not available 24x7 like
&bigsoftwarecompany on line support.
If noone responds within a few minutes, try the google group.

We expect your clue to be atleast this >< big.
If your clue is not that big, the following consultants are here to
help in exchange for $$$$.

2) Someone that can obtain ops on the IRC channel should set the topic
and include a URL to the page in #1
