If you look at http://bitbucket.org/chris1610/satchmo/src/0a9af30cf8e0/satchmo/apps/payment/templates/shop/checkout/paypal/confirm.html , which, to my knowledge, is the current version of satchmo/apps/payment/templates/shop/checkout/paypal/confirm.html, you will see lines 66-68 contain a patch introduced in r1316 that fixes a bug wherein cart-wide discounts are not sent to PayPal. This commit was made 11 months ago, which should have been long enough ago that it would be included in 0.9.1.
However, I'm experiencing this bug on 0.9.1. I upgraded to tip and hoped for its resolution thereby, but that didn't fix it either. The file on my disk does _not_ contain the patch shown above. If I check out satchmo/ from tip, it doesn't include the patch. The satchmo I extracted from a 0.9.1 tarball does not include the fix. Anyone know why this is? Was it reverted? This is probably due to my inexperience with mercurial (I know git much better) or inability to read bitbucket, but this fix does not seem to be applied to the working directory.
