Here's how the Confirmation form is set up, which I think is pretty
typical:
Item/Quantity/Unit price/Discount/Amount (item subtotal)
Subtotal: (this figure adds up
the price for all items at the regular (unit) price)
It might be easier to show you a screenshot:

I may just remove the "Subtotal" line, but figured what I'm looking to
do can't be that difficult and that I must be missing something.
