You probably removed after subtotal the line discounts from the
template
{% if order.discount %}
{% trans "Discount" %} - {{order.item_discount|currency}}<br/>
{% endif %}
You should also replace {{ order.sub_total ... }} by
{{ order.discounted_sub_total ... }} to compensate it.
