Hi there Satchmo folks,

I've got a bit of a worrying situation where one of my client's
Satchmo sites is occasionally taking payments and then deleting the
orders from the database, without even emailing the site owner or
customer to say the order is complete. I'm using the sagepay module,
and when we log into sagepay the transaction list has the successful
payment recorded with an order ID that no longer exists in the Satchmo
database. I have checked the django_admin_log table and nothing has
been deleted through the admin interface. There is nothing in the
sagepay module code that ever instructs django to delete an order.

There were a few previous threads that referred to very similar
situations, links below, but none of these seemed to have any
resolution. Has anyone else come across this? Is there a way to avoid
it? Please help!
