Hi Akash,

I encountered this problem not too long ago. I was able to fix this
very issue by giving each item in my product section in /admin a
weight a value equal to 1. Then, if you're using tiered weight
shipping like I am, create a minimum weight of a very high number -- a
tier entry after your targeted shipping tier.

This is a hack obviously, but it tells satchmo: ok, so long as the
shopping cart is less than a weight of 10000, use the shipping tier
associated of a weight less than 10000. Hope that helps!
