It's a custom payment processor, but the code is practically copied from
the authorize.net one. There's no rounding in either, or none of them at
all, but the satchmo code we're using is kind of old (9.2 tag, I think).

The thing is that satchmo's not considering the order as paid in full, so
that's a problem there.

I ended up rounding each tax because that's what some canadian accountant
or something like that said I should do.
