further investigation led me to this:
order._balance uses satchmo_utils.numbers.trunc_decimal which rounds 0.001
to 0.01 and I need to have cents franction rounded up only when they're >=
0.005.. now I'm trying to figure out what'd be the best thing to modify
here (probably this function, I guess)
If anyone can give me a pointer to what I want to be looking at, I'll be
thankful
