Whenever I make and pay for an order with the test payment module or the
authorizenet payment module, the order ends up with a "New" status, instead
of billed. Actually, the only appearance of "Billed" in the satchmo code is
in the payment.modules.google code.
Is this an old code issue, a bug, or am I not understanding the system
completely?
