What type of deployment do you use? (fastcgi, wsgi, uwsgi,
mod_wsgi...)
mutiprocess or multithread or both?
Do you use memcached?
How old is installed Satchmo and related packages?
Can you reproduce the empty cart problem so easy that you can
recognise when if it would be fixed?
