My uploaded file was not sent to the customer after they purchased from google checkout. the order status with google states that the item has not been sent yet, but it is a downloadable item. I can see the order within my satchmo admin, i updated it to shipped, then to complete, but still google status does not change. The item was never sent to the customer.
Upon purchase of a downloadable item, what is supposed to happen? google gives the customer 15 minutes to cancel the order.
