Well honestly, I am a noob when it comes to these things. Given that
Satchmo is THE Ecommerce solution for Django (and a great product) I
thought their would be more support for noobs that are not full time
programmers. I suppose that I am wrong. I am used to other online
communities like Web2py, webfaction or even Stack Overflow where people get
back to you even if you have a dumb question. I wrote my message last
night after spending about five hours getting no where, so I admit that it
was written in frustration, and it not a complaint against the community.

Your response to me, seems to be written in the same context. I am not
speaking towards the community or Satchmo, but you personally can go fuck
yourself.

Sincerely,

Chawk
