This is a bit harsh. Normally, Matteo and I are very fast in updating the
respective po files. And let's face it, apart from Italian, German, and
French, all other translations haven't been touched for a long time. I
would not expect a string freeze to wait for those languages. In other
words: if French, Italian, and German are ready to be released, just
release.

As I said, no problem. Just to make this clear: I didn't understand Matteo's
original e-mail as an accusation. Instead, I read it as a pledge to wait
for translators to be able to update their files. If I remember correctly,
the release of 1.0.7 had some sort of "string freeze", and was released
with complete translations for Italian and German.
