Details:
I have a project. I go to that project by choosing "Full List" and then
choosing the project from the list. This takes me to the <so and so project> -
Summary page. On this page is a link that says "Project Homepage". It's under
"Public Areas: Quick Overview".
This link resolves to http:///
I think this is a bug.
