You need to configure the default group type.
Logged as super user, click on Administration/Main Page in the left menu.
Then click on Group Type Management in the top menu, and then on "Type #1:
Default". There, you can configure the location of the homepage, as well as
allowing project admins to set up their own homepage location in the project's
Active Features.
