Details:
The following is a patch with some improvments to the Texinfo export of the
FAQs. The fix corrects Texinfo special characters, compensating endline
removal by the PHP interpreter, improved value for @setfilename and specifying
the content-type in PHP as text/plain, rather than HTML.
I was only able to test this limitedly with a PHP interpreter and not a Savane
installation. Sorry.
The major outstanding bugs left for Savane's Texinfo export is fixing the
node, section, and menu problems the output creates for Texinfo.
