Follow-up Comment #1:
The permanent/uneditable faq item who be a pain in the ass.
We could had a variable in site-specific/menu.txt but that would force us to
load this page quite soon.
I suggest that, instead of giving the link of the actual faq item, we give a
link like /faq/?login_info=1 and that would use the default faq item if found,
look for an alternate file (which name would be found in
site-specific/faq_login_info, that would contains something like <?php
login_info_item="FAQ item name" ?>) and would print it if found, or print an
error message.
