Currently people are pointed to the FAQ list, which is not so far from what
they want. It also works well in new installation, so we are not likely to get
flammed by newcomers :)
I suggest not to do anything until the FAQ tracker integration is completed.
Mathieu, could you create another item for the integration, describing how you
would see it done? We would then make this item depend on that one.
