Details:

I was directed here:
  http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/filter.html

It appears that PHP is not a valid filter. According to the docs, only
Includes and Deflate are valid.

As far as I see, there are 2 ways to setup PHP in Apache 2:
- the old Apache 1.3 way, supported by FC3
- the new way, which implies registering the PHP filter (see at the bottom of
http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum88/831-2-10.htm
).

We need to update the Apache 2 section and explain that.
