* frontend/php/: index.php, css/base.css.in, css/cern.css.in,
css/codex.css.in, css/gna.css.in, css/savannah.css.in,
css/www.gnu.org.css.in, include/Layout.class: Fix to get very
wide pages NOT cut on the right end side with IE while keeping
the general layout and as many DIVs as possible (however the
highest level one had to be replaced by a table!)
To be dealth with later, need to check whether a merge is possible or if it
must be kept on a branch.
