Details:
In some places, users can configure notification list. The sensible separator
is ",".
But it is not explicit and some users tried with a simple blank space. The
result was an attempt to send mail a non existent address.
We could make explicit the fact that "," are required (like most of times
when you have to fill an addresses list. Or we can treat the blank space as
separator -- this last option would be more user-friendly but have the
serious drawback of disallowing free strings in To field (like: "These
bastards" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, marcel, Tom [EMAIL PROTECTED])
