Simple comment: I think we should put the wiki format in the database, and do
the conversion on the fly only.
It will be easier to extract the data in text (for instance when sending text
only notifications.
Indeed, it means that we will have to run utils_wiki_format() on each
relevant output, so I guess this function has to use regexp in a very cheap
way (using preg_*() etc).
