I think we should provide sensible values from the start. Site admin
configuration is dense enough I'am afraid. 
I would be happy if there was more rows in the description field. But
the width should not be changed. 78 characters for a line is maximum
but 60 seems to be safe solution to avoid the box being larger than
the part of the page its stands. If someone got a too small box, he's
likely to have a very specific font size configuration on his browser.
