[Savane-dev] Repairing the forum code, and adding doxygen

As it states in the README, the forum code in Savane is currently 
disabled (by default) for use in groups and projects, and is not at a 
point where it can be (safely) used for production code. I'd like to 
know if it would be worth my time going through all that code, cleaning 
it up, and adding additional features. I'd also like to help clean up 
the /people area. Any advice, or comments regarding these tasks ?
