The people area would be more helpful right now. If you are interested
in the forum area, you can fix it too, anyway.

This parts of the frontend use deprecated functions and does not
follow the same design than the others parts (not the same way to
print title, to print data, to print forms...). To fix these areas, one
should take the rest of the frontend as example (for instance the
trackers).
