Summary: PHP Warnings when commenting a support request

Original Submission: There is a warning when commenting a support request, and
it seems it only happens with a non-privileged user. It also seems the PHP
script tries to open an uploaded file even if there was no uploaded attachment:

=====

Warning: fopen("", "r") - Succès in
/usr/src/savane/frontend/php/include/trackers/general.php on line 1024

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output
started at /usr/src/savane/frontend/php/include/trackers/general.php:1024) in
/usr/src/savane/frontend/php/include/Layout.class on line 124

=====

It seems it not fixed; here is what I get:

Warning: fopen("", "r") - Succès in
/usr/src/savane/frontend/php/include/trackers/general.php on line 1024

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output
started at /usr/src/savane/frontend/php/include/trackers/general.php:1024) in
/usr/src/savane/frontend/php/include/Layout.class on line 124

and then:

Commentaire ajouté [#1]; Document non-joint : impossible de l'ouvrire (échec de
fopen) [#2]; Courriel envoyé à beuc --à-- beuc --point-- net [#3]; Courriel
envoyé à yeupou --à-- coleumes --point-- org [#4]; Courriel envoyé à savane-dev
[#5]; Mise-à-jour envoyée [#6];

I used Mozilla 0.9.9 (this is an old laptop). Be sure to try with a
non-priviledged user, ie not part of the Savane team or project. You can try to
get my identity for the test if you want (you may do so by temporarily
replacing my password in the database with yours).

I did not hope to fix it at savannah.gnu.org, I just wanted to report it for
Savane.

With this post, I will try the bug yet another time. If I do not reply again,
then I will not have received any warning, and this bug item can be closed.

[INFO NEEDED]
Hum, unfortunately, it a bit hard to tell if the bug is not fixed already (that
would explain why I'm unable to reproduce it), since you run a version
unclearly identified.

Maybe you could you try to update the tracker codebase
(frontend/php/include/trackers and frontend/php/include/trackers_run) with the
CVS, and see if it still occurs. But I'm afraid it could break your
installation, because stuff in these directories depends on the reste of the
frontend/php/include/directory.

I now that I fixed a bug related to that problem, that was due to some browser
strangely trying to send a file if the "attach file" button has been touched
(even if no file was selected).

It did it again. I forgot to add I also get this Savane (!= PHP) warning:

Commentaire ajouté [#1]; Document non-joint : impossible de l'ouvrire (échec de
fopen) [#2];

This.

Add a comment, I meant.

[INFO NEEDED]
Hum, I have no clear idea about the meaning of "commenting" a support request.
What is it exactly?

Please also check this support request, which is about the same issue:
