Well, the blacklisting will exists only if you use SeeYouLater.
Commits-list should have reply-to set to development list.
If not, well, the guy that made the mistake will have to wait a few hours
before posting a new mail. I'm willing to risk such annoyance considering how
effective is this blacklisting (quite obvious seeing logs on mail.gna.org).
