Yes: you need to give read access to everybody to your files, so that Apache
can read them.
Either:
- chmod 644 your files before uploading them
- use sftp's "chmod" command after upload, but beware, it's tricky for
directories: http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/SharedDownloadArea
