Follow-up Comment #9, sr #106612 (project administration):
In this context, "non-commit notification" is what we want (I think): it
means notification on pushes to the master branch and any other branches we
decide we should care about for commit-email purposes.
This is all with bzr-email installed on the server (master) side, of course.
