Hmm. The alternate I tried to set and the default are really pointing to the
same resource, maybe that's why the html link never visibly changed. Could the
delay be in the mirroring? Or the delay was caused by my directly uploading to
a mirror? Would there be less of a delay if I do it the normal way?
