The "cp-tools" project as documented on the home page for it has been
incorporated into the GNU Classpath project. I would therefore not expect
much to be there. Seems okay as is.
The "books" project does not have any mailing lists. Therefore the mailing
list page says that and is otherwise empty.
There seems to be some confusion. Those are projects hosted by Savannah but
they are not Savannah itself. Those projects have their own maintainers. For
example if you think the "books" project should have a mailing list then you
should contact their admin and ask them to create one for it. Contacting
Savannah admins about them is the wrong place.
